One-on-one nutrition education

One-on-one nutrition education is when you meet with a nutrition expert. In these sessions, the expert helps you learn about healthy eating based on what you need. They can give you advice on what foods to eat, how to plan your meals, and how to make healthy choices. This time is all about you and your goals. The nutrition expert will listen to you, answer your questions, and help you find ways to eat better and feel better.
